About this workshop

This workshop focuses on the stages of recovery from betrayal, using EFT and the Attachment Injury Resolution Model (AIRM) to guide couples through the healing process following a betrayal.

Participants will be able to:

  • Understand betrayal trauma as an "attachment injury," where a significant breach of trust hinders one or both partners from progressing in their relationship.

  • Gain practical strategies for addressing relational betrayals and managing highly reactive couples in a clinical setting.

  • Explore the steps and stages of EFT, an evidence-based approach, with an emphasis on recovering from relational betrayals.

  • Analyze crucial moments in the process of healing attachment injuries through video case demonstrations, live consultations, and group discussions.
